Root Cause Therapy is designed to help you dig beneath the surface and identify the emotional, mental, and energetic blocks that are preventing you from living your fullest, most authentic life.
Unlike traditional therapy, which may focus primarily on symptoms, Root Cause Therapy goes deeper to uncover the root causes of your issues. By addressing these underlying causes, we can begin to heal them at their core, creating lasting change in your life, your work, and your well-being.
It is a trauma healing method that uses regression to allow completion of unprocessed emotions which are still presently causing unwanted thoughts, behaviours and symptoms in a person’s life. Roots can be very deep, coming from generational, relational or past life traumas.

Breathwork: Unlock the Power of Your Breath
Breathing is a natural resource and our superpower! We breathe 21,000 a day, exchanging oxygen and carbon dioxide into the environment. This gas exchange takes place in the respiratory division in the lungs. Breath is the foundation of life. It sustains us, calms us, and connects us to the present moment.
Yet, many of us breathe unconsciously, trapped in patterns that don’t serve us, leading to stress, anxiety, or vocal tension.
Breathwork is a powerful tool that can help you reconnect to your breath, release emotional blocks, and unlock a deeper sense of calm and clarity.
It has been scientifically proven that used in a safe way, different types of breathing techniques can be used to either strengthen, stimulate and release toxins, opening up the respiratory system, or slow everything down, calming the nervous system.
Strong, deep breathing techniques are powerful for activation, reset, unblocking the mind, energy and emotional systems, activating all of these systems, as well as the sympathetic nervous system. These help ‘burn’ impurities from the mental and physical body.
Slow, calming breathing techniques, induces a state of deep relaxation combined with high concentration. This is beneficial for meditative practices – calming down the nervous system, slowing the heart rate, activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
Through guided breathwork techniques, I’ll teach you how to harness the transformative power of your breath to reduce stress, release tension, and unlock your full potential.

***CONTRA-INDICATIONS – Strong, active practices:
Not to be performed if there is High Blood Pressure/Epilepsy/recent Brain/Abdominal surgery/Heart Conditions/Severe Lung problems/High Anxiety/recent Panic Attacks/PTSD/Pregnant.
Can be done VERY gently, depending on the severity of the condition, UNDER ADVISEMENT of a medical professional.

Meditations:
Meditation is exceptionally beneficial. It’s proven to help the healing process, tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system. There are many different types, including:
Yoga Nidra-(Non-Sleep Deep Rest NSDR) A powerful technique backed by scientific research. A 20-30 minute session can be as restorative as 2-3 hours of deep sleep, benefitting both body and mind.
Ho’oponopono – meaning “To make things right” A practice of reconciliation and forgiveness for yourself and others.
Mindfulness – Cultivating the art of being in the present moment. A way to “stop the chatter.”
Loving Kindness (Metta) – A powerful practice that opens up a whole new way of being.
